The Granite Games is dedicated to honoring the spirit of fitness that resides in athletes of all skill levels. Because of this, we offer a range of divisions as varied as the athletes competing in them.
Find below the division standards, along with recommended working weights and necessary skills associated with each. Please note, these are for “working weight” reference only, however, some workouts may include loads heavier & skills greater than the below.
Keep in mind, not all athletes on a team must necessarily be able to complete reps at the recommended loads, as some workouts will allow teams to split the reps as desired.
INDIVIDUALS
TEENS
Young fitness aficionados between the ages of 14-17 have a place to test themselves against other up-and-coming athletes, or simply to test their own limits.
14-15

MASTERS
This division is designed for mature athletes who are anything but over the hill. If you’re a 35+ athlete, we’ve got seven age brackets to pick from to match yourself against your fitness peers.
35-39

INTERMEDIATE
3-Athlete teams (same gender) have most of the skills and movements and can complete most benchmark workouts as Rx.
