10 Overhead Squats
Men 175 lb.
Women 115 lb.
Athletes will complete 3 rounds of the double unders and overhead squats, advancing the barbell forward after each round.

Time cap: 9 minutes
Carry & Climb will start will the athletes on their starting mat. They will have 6 sand bags in which they have to carry across the arena floor. At the sound of the beep they will grab their lightest sand bag (50,30) and bring it to the other side of the floor. Once they have dropped the sand bag they will head back stopping half way to perform a 15 ft. legless rope climb. Once completed, they will travel another 25m back to their starting mat to grab their second bag. They will follow this order through the workout until they have moved all their sand bags across the arena in the order of light, medium and heavy. Time will be called when the athlete crosses the finish line.

Event 4 & 5 - Ski Sprint & Minnesota Triathlon
EVENT 4 & 5 – SKI SPRINT & MINNESOTA TRIATHLON
Points Available: 2 150 point Workouts
Location: Outside of National Hockey Center

Men: Ski 750m, Bike 5000m, Run 1500m
Women: Ski 500m, Bike 3500m, Run 1500m
Ski Sprint will end at the 750/500 meter checkpoint. Athletes will receive points based on their times at this point. There is no scheduled rest at the checkpoint as the race continues.
Minnesota Triathlon will be scored by the total time to finish the entire Triathlon. Finishing order at the 750/500 meter checkpoint (Ski Sprint) will have no bearing on the scoring for Minnesota Triathlon.
