Because of this, we need to offer a range of divisions as varied as the athletes competing in them. So many, in fact, that it can be a bit daunting trying to narrow the pack to find your perfect match. And hey, we hear you.

Who has the time?

That’s why we’ve put together this comprehensive guide to help match you up with your perfect division.

Individual | Pro

The Pro Division is by qualification through our Individual Online Qualifier or through invite. This division showcases athletes who have achieved a benchmark status in the fitness realm. Top-tier professional athletes from across the globe can be found in the Pro Division. Those who rank amongst the TOP 35 MEN and TOP 35 WOMEN in the  Online Qualifier will advance to the Pro Division.

Individual | TEEN

New this year – we’re offering 2 Teen Individual Divisions. These divisions are designed for teen athletes who are ready to step onto the competition floor. If you’re 14-18 and serious about your fitness then these are your divisions!

The Teen Divisions are designed to showcase the future of the Granite Games. These athletes should have a solid foundational knowledge of functional movement.

All athletes wishing to compete in the Individual Teen Divisions will need to qualify through the Online Qualifier. After completing a series of workouts over the course of 3 weeks, athletes who rank in the top 10 of the 14-15 and 16-18 age categories of the Online Qualifier will advance to compete at the Granite Games.

TEEN 14-15

All athletes wishing to compete in the 14-15 division will need to qualify through the Online Qualifier by completing a series of workouts over the course of 3 weeks. At the end of the Qualifier, the top 10 men and 10 women will receive an invite to compete as a Granite Games Teen 14-15 Individual.

TEEN 16-18

All athletes wishing to compete in the 16-18 division will need to qualify through the Online Qualifier by completing a series of workouts over the course of 3 weeks. At the end of the Qualifier, the top 10 men and 10 women will receive an invite to compete as a Granite Games Teen 16-18 Individual.

Individual | MASTERS

This division is designed for mature athletes who are anything but over the hill. These 35+ athletes bring experience and a lifelong passion for fitness to the competition floor. If you’re over 35, serious about your fitness and believe you’re only as old as you feel, this is your division!

MASTERS 35-39

All athletes wishing to compete in the 35 – 39 division will need to qualify through the Individual Online Qualifier by completing a series of workouts over the course of 3 weeks.  At the end of the Qualifier, the top 10 men and 10 women will receive an invite to compete as a Granite Games Master 35-39 Individual.

MASTERS 40-44

All athletes wishing to compete in the 40 – 44 division will need to qualify through the Individual Online Qualifier by completing a series of workouts over the course of 3 weeks.  At the end of the Qualifier, the top 10 men and 10 women will receive an invite to compete as a Granite Games Master 40-44 Individual.

MASTERS 45-49

All athletes wishing to compete in the 45 – 49 division will need to qualify through the Individual Online Qualifier by completing a series of workouts over the course of 3 weeks. At the end of the Qualifier, the top 10 men and 10 women will receive an invite to compete as a Granite Games Master 45-49 Individual.

MASTERS 50-54

 All athletes wishing to compete in the 50 – 54 division will need to qualify through the Individual Online Qualifier by completing a series of workouts over the course of 3 weeks.  At the end of the Qualifier, the top 10 men and 10 women will receive an invite to compete as a Granite Games Master 50 – 54 Individual.

MASTERS 55+

 All athletes wishing to compete in the 55+ division will need to qualify through the Individual Online Qualifier by completing a series of workouts over the course of 3 weeks.  At the end of the Qualifier, the top 10 men and 10 women will receive an invite to compete as a Granite Games Master 55+ Individual.
